8 week group for teens who want to learn to take control of their lives and emotions, and choose healthier responses to anger
Cost: $2.00 per class

Family Violence Prevention Class

Facilitator: Ginny Rittenhouse

26 week class for court-ordered offenders, Department of Social Service referrals and volunteer participants. These classes emphasize anger management skills and encourage learning to take responsibility for one's own action.

Cost: $12.00 per class

Parenting Group

Facilitator: Mindy Denney, Anita Bodenhamer

Nurturing Parenting is a series of 10 weekly sessions providing nurturing skills for Families. Parents and children increase their empathy, learn nurturing ways to encourage appropriate behaviors, build self-concept, self-esteem, and learn to have fun as a family. Parents and children attend separate groups that meet concurrently.

Dialectic Behaviorial Therapy

DBT is a series of behavior therapy which helps clients learn to relate to the world and improve their lives.
